How long does an opportunity last?
Each offer has a defined 3-month participation term. The exact duration is shown on the offer card and detail page before you reserve.
Why doesn't my holding period start when I pay?
Your payment date and the property's acquisition date are different events. Qadeva may still be completing the funding round when you join, so your applicable holding period begins from the property's actual acquisition date, not the date you paid. Both dates are shown separately on the offer's detail page.
What does the target return mean?
The target return is an illustrative projection based on the expected exit price. It is not a guaranteed return. Actual returns depend on the realised sale price, applicable costs, taxes, and agreed fees. All scenarios are shown transparently before you participate.
What documents are available?
Each opportunity includes survey plans, title deeds, and legal documentation. All documents are accessible from the offer detail page.
How does Qadeva keep members informed?
Members receive regular updates on offer progress, maturity reminders, and payout notifications. All participation activity is tracked in real time from your personal dashboard.
Is there a maximum amount I can participate with?
No. Qadeva does not impose a maximum participation limit. How much you participate with depends on your chosen capital, the opportunity's structure, and the allocation still available.
How does Qadeva select and approve opportunities?
Every opportunity goes through the same process before it's listed: Source, Verify, Assess, Structure, and Approve. Qadeva is not a property noticeboard. Opportunities are reviewed and curated before they're presented to members.
Can I purchase an opportunity outright?
Yes. Where an opportunity is available for outright acquisition, you can purchase the property in full rather than participate through the participation structure. You may also choose to retain Qadeva to assist with the eventual sale or exit, subject to the agreed terms.
